Stagiaire Data Migration

We are looking for an energetic intern who is interested in working on different projects within an international environment. In our global HR department we are responsible for rolling out the SuccessFactors implementation. Modules you will be exposed to are Employee Central, Performance Management and Compensation.

Tasks and responsibilities as an Intern:
You will participate in the following topics in a supporting or project-leading role. All projects have a global scope:

  • This intern will work a lot with excel data sheets. We will receive data from the business and we would need to compare an analyze the data to fit in our upload files;
  • Additionally to this data migration analysis and upload other tasks can be assigned related to the project;
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, consultant and business to ensure high-quality data migrations are delivered on-time;
  • Assist with profiling, cleansing, converting and loading of data for the different regions into a project template;
  • Data validation and comparisons before and after uploads;
  • Follow standard data validation processes to ensure data integrity and configured data meets internal compliance standards;
  • This intern will have exposure to work on a global SuccessFactors implementation;

You are free to initiate your own ideas and put them into practice. You will also regularly attend important meetings and calls with stakeholders worldwide and occasionally visit other company locations and/or external clients. The diverse character of the activities and tasks involved during this internship will make your time at Stork challenging and inspiring.

Specific requirements for the intern:

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student with an academic background, preferably within statistics or IT;
  • This intern will require a more advanced level of excel;
  • This intern will need to have an eye and attention for details;
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • Pro-active attitude ability to work in a fast past environment.

Location : Utrecht
Hours per week : 32-40 hours
Start date : February 2019
Period : ± 6 months
Internship compensation : € 600 per month, based on 40 hours
