Stagiaire HR Business Analyst

We are looking for an energetic intern who is interested in working on different projects within an international environment. In our global HR department we are responsible for rolling out the SuccessFactors implementation.  Modules you will be exposed to are Employee Central, Performance Management and Compensation.
 
Tasks and responsibilities as an Intern:
 
You will participate in the following topics in a supporting or project-leading role. All projects have a global scope:

  • Create test scripts for new global template processes;
  • Coordinate testing for the regions;
  • Analyze test results and upload issues into our issue tracker system;
  • Discuss and action test result with HR Business analyst;
  • Update training documentation where needed;
  • Assist with project administration tasks.

You are free to initiate your own ideas and put them into practice. You will also regularly attend important meetings and calls with stakeholders worldwide and occasionally visit other company locations and/or external clients. The diverse character of the activities and tasks involved during this internship will make your time at Stork challenging and inspiring.

Specific requirements for the intern:

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student with an academic background, preferably within Business Administration or Social Sciences;
  • Normal level of excel and office required;
  • Analyze reporting requirements;
  • Be creative and innovative;
  • Pro-active attitude ability to work in a fast past environment;
  • Working fast against deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • This intern will have exposure to work on a global SuccessFactors implementation.

Location : Utrecht
Hours per week : 32-40 hours
Start date : September 2019
Period : ± 6 months
Internship compensation : € 600 per month, based on 40 hours
